Bring loonies
The machines take $1 coins and nothing else, not even the quarters the slots seem to ask for. There's no change machine, so stop at a store first. To confirm

Load up and add your soap
The washers are top-load Maytags. Bring your own detergent. We don't sell it here. To confirm

Three loonies, all at once
Put one in each slot of the coin slide, then push. It won't run with only one or two. A wash takes about 25 to 35 minutes. To confirm

Move to a dryer
Each loonie buys 15 minutes. Add more if your load needs it. Carry an extra one or two for the thick stuff.
Start your last wash by 9 p.m. The doors close at 10.
